Licenses and notices
Withya, the website and the apps, is built partly on work other people gave away. These are the notices that work asks us to carry, along with a note on the reference data the apps use and on what belongs to Withya.
Typefaces
Both typefaces are served from this domain, and both are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. The full license text is published alongside each font file and linked below.
Newsreader

The Withya apps
The Withya apps are also built partly on open-source software, under licenses such as the MIT, Apache 2.0 and BSD licenses.
The Newsreader and Plus Jakarta Sans fonts above, under the SIL Open Font License, are bundled in the apps as well as served from this website. The apps also bundle one more typeface, which this website does not load.

Growth reference data
The growth charts and percentiles in the apps use, as reference data, the WHO Child Growth Standards published by the World Health Organization and the CDC 2000 growth charts published by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Withya calculates percentiles from these references and the measurements you enter. They are reference values, not a diagnosis.
These references remain the work of their publishers. Our use of them does not mean that the World Health Organization or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention endorse Withya, its apps or any result shown in them, and neither is connected to Withya.
What this website loads
No JavaScript framework, no advertising tag, no hosted font service and no embedded media player. Fonts, images and styles are served from this domain. The only third-party script we add ourselves is Google Analytics, which loads after you accept our cookie notice. That keeps this page, and the rest of the site, close to a performance and privacy default.
Withya's own work
The Withya name, the wordmark, the W mark, the app icon and the words Withya writes for this site and the apps belong to Withya and are not covered by the licenses above. The app store badges are the property of Apple and Google and are used under their respective brand guidelines.
Some materials in the apps are licensed from others. We do not claim ownership of material that belongs to someone else, and material licensed from others remains the property of its owners.

App Store and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. They appear here to point to the stores and imply no endorsement.
